We want you to love your workout! Because this is physical media, opened or used DVDs are eligible for exchange only if the disc arrives defective, damaged, or skips during playback. If you experience an issue, contact us within 30 days and we will immediately ship you a fresh, brand-new replacement copy of the program completely free of charge."
